* Postage and handling are per tube, not per certificate. Multi-certificate orders are all shipped in one tube, so there is only one postage/handling charge. However, some orders require shipping more than one tube, in which case additional postage/handling is required (natch!).

• For example, if you want 3 certificates mailed in one tube, the USA shipping totals only $2.25, as shown above.
• If you want 3 certificates mailed in three tubes, the USA shipping is 3 x 2.25, or $6.75.
• Each gold gift tube is mailed inside its own larger shipping tube, so 3 certificates with 3 gold tubes would also be $6.75.

To make your special someone feel even more special, for a nominal additional fee your certificate will be slipped inside a very sturdy, very beautiful gold gift tube! This will itself be shipped inside a larger, ordinary mailing tube for its protection.		Each order is shipped in a very sturdy mailing tube with plastic end caps. Postage/handling is determined by shipping address -- USA, Canada, or elsewhere (see chart in order form above).

Three easy steps:

2. Sign check
   • Make check, money order, or traveller's checks out to JIM W. / PHD HOME PAGES
   • Personal checks require extra time to clear the bank (sorry!)
   • $15 fee for checks returned for any reason by the bank
3. Mail
   • Send order form and payment to address listed on order form.
   • I will e-mail you as soon as I pick up your payment.
