Disco Manimations™

GNI Gathering -- August 2000

How can you come up with wonderful photos of a disco? The lights are changing all the time; people are moving all the time; nowhere is there really enough light to take a picture. Flash takes all the motion and color out... it's just impossible.

But we did our best! We held the camera REAL steady, or put it on a table, then took still photos twice per second. Then we animated the results... which we call Manimations. Our first result is this one:

We've got a whole bunch more.... but they take TIME to produce! We'll do our best. In the meantime, members can click on the still photo below to access the members-only FULL-SIZE Manimation. It's hot!
