Yes, the tile is real. Yes, this is a very ordinary summer-camp cabin. The tile was brought along by Ritz workmen and permanently laid for the Gathering. They did not take it home with them!

All good things come to an end

And the Ritz was no exception. A "tornado" passed through Thursday night and turned this swank locale into a disaster zone qualifying for public assistance.

This cabin, located directly behind the Ritz, decided that direct competition with the Ritz was impossible. So they hung out their very best and declared themselves to be:

The "Dorothy Chandelier Pavilion" throws a formal dinner

They snuck into the dining hall several hours early, pushed some tables together, and hung their trademark chandelier overhead. Then they set the table for a formal dinner. Each guest arrived in costume and read the details of the Academy Award they had received.
